After your purchase has been made, you
will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation will
include the items you have purchased, shipping and billing addresses and a
confirmation number. You will receive a phone call from Customer Service
Representatives for collecting payment information and discussing delivery
options.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will need to have your order
number ready when you call our Customer number.
What if my merchandise is
delivered damaged?
Despite careful attention to your
product's handling, damages may still occur on rare occasions. If there is a
problem with your furniture during delivery, you can contact one of our
Customer Service Representatives. They are available to take your call
Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. Please remember to report all problems immediately
so that we can correct the problem in a timely manner.

Does Signature Designs charge
sales tax on purchases?
No.
What are your return policies?
If you have found a problem with your
furniture and would like to return it, please contact our Customers service
representative and Signature Designs will repair, exchange or replace the
merchandise and, if necessary, redeliver the new items at no charge. However,
if you find any defects after delivery, you have 72 hours after delivery to
notify the Signature Designs representative. The defective item will be
repaired or replaced, and the new item will be delivered at no charge.
